Q1. How can I get
information after I have paid for the goods?
Answer:We will send the tracking number of the
express company to you as soon as we receive the
tracking number.You can get it on your member area. Q2. When and how can I check on my order status?
Answer:Generally, after 24-48hours you can track your package(s).
Q3. How do I contact you if I have a question?
Answer:We prefer to be contacted by email(contact us) or via MSN or leave words on our website.
Q4. How long will it take to receive my goods?
Answer:It usually, on average, takes 5-7 business days to receive your order. Sometimes the goods are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
Q5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)? Answer:Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
Q6. Can you reserve a goods for me until I can pay for it? Answer:Of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week.However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
7. I don not see the size I need or the goods I
want on the website, do you have it or can you order it
for me?

goods or the size you on our website, it means that we
do not have this style of goods or size in hand. But you
need them , please contact with us, we will try our best
to help you.
8.Will you send us free replacement if I can not
get the goods? Answer:Yes, our price include
insurance, if you can not get the goods you paid, we
will send you free replacement.
9.Do you have all goods in stock now? If yes, how
about the available sizes? Answer: Yes. We have
all goods in stock normally. We can supply most of the
sizes below US size 13 or EU size 46, you can contact us
for needed sizes.
